Mahomet beats
St. T

DECATUR-- A defense which has been solid, and very reliable the last three games for the Bulldogs broke down Thursday in the Bulldogs 9-7 loss. Mike Kormelink threw a decent ball-game, walking too many but he did not have many key plays made behind him.

The Bulldogs bats did come alive to score seven runs in six innings. But it was not enough to overcome Mahomet. The visiting bulldogs piled on three crucial runs in the top half of the sixth, which made the difference. Saint Teresa tried to come back from five runs back in the final inning, but they only managed to record three wuns to fall short.

The Bulldogs continue action on Friday when they host Okaw Valley Conference foe, Maroa-Forsyth at 4:15.

Up Next...

Notes: The Bulldogs look to stop the bleeding of their two game losing streak.

The Bulldogs return home with a 1-2 record and a two game losing streak.
